Refund policy

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• In order to be eligible for a return, your item or items must be in the same condition it was received in. A proof of receipt will also be needed.
• To start a return please email us at syd'sscrapshop@gmail.com. 
• We will notify you once we have received and inspected any returns, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund has been approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember and be patient, as it make take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
